Brian and Krystal have a ton of knowledge. They are always willing to help the customer find what best fits their needs and budget.

Brian, Crystal and the entire staff do a fantastic job of accommodating customers. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories at reasonable prices with skilled mechanics. I've bought two bikes from them and highly recommend OSB for any cycling need.
We stopped by today because my 6 year old was struggling to learn to ride a bike. Without hesitating, they took the pedals off a bike, took her in the parking lot, and started laying the foundation for her to learn. Their patience was amazing, and it was best customer service experience I've had in a LONG time.
You gals and guys did an A+ job on my free tuneup. My bike seriously went from feeling its age to riding brand new. You remain my favorite. Thank You!
