I had a broken spoke and pedals that made constant popping noises. I contacted them from Sumter and Peter from the service department made room for me later that afternoon! I just wanted to take a second and tell you how happy I am about this bicycle! I rode my normal 10 1/2 mile route this morning and it didn't make a SOUND! Absolutely amazing through the purchase of a bike to the service. Was reminded of that this week while dropping my bike off to have some work done. The bike was ready two days before it was scheduled to be allowing me to enjoy it this weekend. Top notch staff and service.
Thanks Brian and Outspokin for going above and beyond in facilitating my bike ride tonight! Y'all made it possible for me to get in all my Ironman Choo training while I was in town on a work trip. Ordered myself a trek verve 2, haven't been on a bike in years. Ordered the bike on the 2nd, it was ready by the 7th, and I picked it up today (14th). I'm sorry I didn't get names but everyone that helped me was super nice and extremely helpful!
My wife and I recently bought 2 Trek 29" mountain bikes from Outspokin and could not be happier. We are seniors and ride 3 to 4 days per week, these bikes are great but the service is even better they helped us get the bikes adjusted right for us. I highly recommend Outspokin and Trek they are a great team. Thanks for all your service to make sure we have the riding experience we expect each time.
