This bike shop is fantastic! Everyone is friendly, helpful and they always go the extra step to provide premium service.
I chose Outspokin for my Domane 5.2 because they offer layaway and my LBS didn't. I picked it up today. Brian took care of everything including a test ride to make sure it was adjusted properly. I have had relationships with bike shops but not as well as this one. Everyone seems GENUINELY interested in their customers! From choosing the right bike, accessories, and evaluating the rider with the Trek Precision Fit, results in an excellent example of exemplary customer service. Thank You Outspokin!!!
I have used several local bike shops and Outspokin blows them all out of the water! The bikes they sale come with free lifetime tuneups. Awesome service team and staff! I attended a Mother's Day ride they hosted that ended with margaritas and beer at the bike shop! Such a cool place! Buy a bike from them and I promise you won't be disappointed!
Nobody does it better...great friendly staff. From helping with bike selection, Bike fit, Bike gear and especially the mechanics (this includes both Krystal and Brian) who work hard to make things happen quickly but, with great attention to detail. Yes Ryan, I appreciate your being OCD with bar tape!
