I tried to make an intake appointment and was transferred 7 times on the first call and 3 on the 2nd with still no help with connecting me to the correct office location. The phone numbers on the site are not correct for that location and no I still don't know the Gaithersburg, Md. office number!!
Nurses & doctors here are friendly. Good location. Visits usually happen quickly
Isiah was amazing in his caring approach in finding a facility for a friend. He took multiple calls from me to find appropriate facilities and even provided numbers as well as went out of his way to make calls for me. As a nurse I find his character and attention to detail outstanding, he has gone beyond the level of excellence that was expected. I cant say enough about his caring attitude and positive approach in this situation. Thanks again!
