Awesome people at Harley. Chuck in parts and the service guys are great. Super helpful and the best around. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. Actually need service soon.
I had an excellent experience with Outpost HD and I wanted to let them know I appreciate it. We were travelling with an issue where the transmission fluid is being pulled into the primary. We rode up to Pueblo to have the fluids checked and they were out of whack. Service Manager Donnie Gates had someone checking it out immediately and Jerry Davenport did the work. They did a great job in a short time and had us back on the road. I had the levels checked again in Texas and everything was fine. Thanks guys.
On my recent trip out west on my 02' Road King, I had about 4500 miles in when I started to hear engine noises. I still had 1100 miles to get back to Rockford IL. I was able to make it to Outpost Harley Davidson. The guys in the shop came outside to listen to my motor and suggested that I finish my trip in a U Haul. My motor was not doing well at all. Great place, always friendly people, honest service. I know this dealership from 1986, stop there at list once a year, traveling from New York City to California and back.
On our recent bike trip to Pueblo we were having problems with our Sena communication devices. Chuck Chigro went beyond normal service to help us correct the difficulty's we were having. He was able to correct the problems we were having. His help was much appreciated. We were able to continue our ride back to Salt Lake City with our devices working perfectly.
