Been in many times and had a terrible experience everytime. No one greets you as you walk in, and sales girls always have bad attitude. My dad was in there today the guy in the parts department makes you feel like your bothering them to look up a part even when we have to drive an hour north to get to outpost. I call to complain, the manager took my number and never called back. Corporate office will be getting a call from me on Monday. This is so embarrassing from a Harley Davidson company! Seriously so elementary. Management take notice of the ridiculous social media as of late. Unprofessional at best.

I was there yesterday to put my new pipes on I didn't have a ride so I had to hang out for a bit. Got to know the guys in service, good bunch of guys service was fast and the pipes sound great.
Had my 1k service done and they were quick. Plus they installed a new derby cover and timer cover at no extra cost. This dealer is by far better than Pikes Peak Harley and better on labor costs. 👍👍👍
