Walked in 2 different times didn't get greeted. Ordered a birthday gift in advance they chose to wait till the day before I needed it to tell me they couldn't get it. And then CHUCK told me that he would overnight it from Colorado Springs and then backed out on that. He didn't even have the guts to do my refund when I went back in. He made someone else do it. We walked in 30 minutes before closing. No one greeted us. Shopped around the store for about 15 minutes, still no one asked if they can help. Had a question about handle bars, the sales guy acted like he wasn't interested in a sale, so we left. The two girls be hind the counter were preoccupied with the service guys. We had some trouble getting our bike on our trailer and EVERY EMPLOYEE just drove right by, didn't ask if we were ok. The last guy to leave on his bike at least waved. By that time we were loaded. This is the dealership to go to !! I am on the road, far from home and Donny in service took good care of me ! They got me in and out same day. Kept me safe - checked my bike over, new tire and brakes, and washed my bike!! Great customer service. All Harley dealers service dept. should run like this one and treat travelers this well !!
Stopped in their dealership today and was treated like and old friend, thank you Archie.
