These people know what they are doing. We were on our way to sturgis and broke down. Bike just wouldn't start. We were 110 miles south of them. We filmed a video on phone and took it in to the service dept. The tech was able to tell us what was wrong. We have am older bike so they only had one of the two parts they were suggesting. So we took it and was going to call after that was installed if need the other. They offered to have the other overnighted. The first part fixed the problem and saved our trip. A shout out to Duncan in the Service Department and the Mechanics! Broke down on the 3rd of July and they got my bike right in on the 4th of July! Trouble Shot it for over an hour to realize it wasn't a quick fix and would have to be opened up to see the damage. Helped load it to take it back to Eastern Nebraska! Thanks for ALL your help!!
