We had a flat tire on a new 2019 Harley Ultra Classic Limited with only 2000 miles on it. Fredrick Harley picked us up and changed tire. Went 200 miles and the next morning had a flat!!! Outpost figured out we had a defective rim with a hole they had never seen and got us changed out with new rim and on the road in 2 hours because we were out of town. Yesterday a lady stopped in your shop who is on a solo cross country ride to raise awareness for ovarian cancer, which she currently suffers from. She stopped because she is due for an oil change. Your service department would not accommodate her. I understand appointments etc., but given what she is doing and why, I would have thought she could have been squeezed in for a service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Not the Harley spirit I’ve become accustomed to.
Vinnie is awesome we have bought three motorcycles from him now. He does everything he can to get exactly what you are looking for. This last motorcycle took us three weeks to find the right way to go about buying it not once did vinnie give up he tried everything I threw at him. Staff has always been great there. If you want a Harley go see vinnie!
