Wonderful Staff, Nurses & Doctors! Very kind & caring. Best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital.
I made an appointment for myself and my husband ( we would be new patients). I drove an hour to their office to sign a release for our records from another Dr. I called two days before our appt and ask for copies to be made after we see Dr Cool to take with us since our home is in Montana in case we have a problem their. I was rudely told by a Linda they could not even though they are OUR records and I’m the one who requested them for Dr Cool!!
