We go out of our way to avoid Katy Outback. We were really excited to have a closer location, but called ahead to check who the proprietor was for the new location. Unfortunately it was the same proprietor for the old I-10 location. We gave up going there after 7 attempts. All bad. Poorly managed. We drive 40 minutes out of our way (for the past 4 years) to the Westheimer/Loop 8 location just to avoid Michelle. No offense, but she should do something else for a living.
I am an outback fan ..love the food there have been a loyal customer for 20 years ...but because of the refusal of service to a uniformed police officer ..I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
Dined at Outback last night with friends and the staff was extremely friendly and the food was great! I have a soft spot for staff that lets my girls hug on them! Everyone is so sweet and always coming to check on us. Will be back for sure!
The first 2 weeks we went 3 times. Great food, great service. The last four times, service was bad and food was awful. Crab cakes not cooked, Drink I ordered was not defrosted so after 45 minutes they told me they could not make it. Wedge salad was ordered without tomatoes and then sent back to take tomatoes off, when delivered they said your steaks are almost ready. Worst service ever , the restaurant was empty so you believe the service would be faster wrong , our drinks took for ever and we only had water , our food also took forever and when it finally came out it was so cold and dry, I order a beer and never got it I’m guessing the waiter for got about it , when we ask for the check it took about 20 minutes and not only that the whole night my wife, daughter and my self had to miss work and school due to the fact that we stayed up all night throwing up worst experience ever ,
Waited ages even though a quarter full, food undercooked when it arrived. Not asked if I wanted a refill. Do yourselves don’t bother. Won’t be back. Amateur hour at the Outback Katy
Wait time was good. Waitress was okay. Food was horrible, most of it was cold. Sour cream and cheese tasted spoiled. Mac n cheese was dry. Broccoli over cooked. $83 and nothing was worth it. My cousin did enjoy her Long Island though....not worth $83 lol. Never again will I eat at Outback in Katy, Texas.
