Was great service and great food! Well enjoyed! �... Nicholas our waiter was so polite and prompt to serve.
We just left this place. Took 30 minutes just to get someone to take our drinks order. Took another hour to order our food. We left cause supposedly nobody had taken our order in. Completely disappointed. It was our anniversary, and all we wanted was to eat out here. Everyone else was being helped out with. I believe I'm gonna have to place the racist card on this. Felt completely horrible leaving this place, wont be coming back again. I feel victimized in a way, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
My wife and I had a chance to enjoy the new Katy location. The service was great, glass never went empty. The blooming onion was the best and the Prime Rib was to die for. The only thing that kept me from going with 5 stars was the shrimp on a Barbie. The shrimp was half the size as it used to be. They served double the amount but I'm sorry guys but the taste just wasn't the same. Something was missing in the taste. The service and food were excellent. This is a new Outback Steakhouse, but some of the changes were not for the best. It is very open now and very loud music plays all the time making it hard to have a conversation with anyone at your table. It reminds of a fast food place more than a nice steakhouse. I would give it at least 4 stars but because of the music and being unable to talk unless you talk really loud, I cant.
The waitress was great. The food came out cold and I mean all the food. I will never eat at another Outback again.
Really aggravated! Got up and waitress took my salad. Wasn’t finished. Brooke’s salmon was undercooked and Tims steak was more way on the medium than median well. Second time we have tried this new restaurant and both times have been bad! Last time they served him the wrong plate!! Liked it better when it was at the old location. At least they got it right over there.
