Went tonight but the waitress service was bad. She neglected our tables so many times as She walked by without stopping to check on us. I had to speak with Manager to get us a tea refill. We had to eat dinner with no drinks. Manager came by apologies and gave us 10% discount. It was fine but was more of slap in the face. We really enjoyed the place but tonight has changed my thoughts.
We really enjoy the dining experience at the Katy location. Friendly service, delicious menu and overall a welcomed value.
We in ordered curbside to go- we even arrived about 5 mins prior to when the time stated it would be ready- our appetizer ( the bloomin onion) was nothing but mush - you could not even eat it- literally the breading was so soggy. The steak was actually Over cooked from what we ordered as well- we ordered medium rare and it was well done.
BAD EXPERIENCE, We attempted to order over the phone today (4/26) service over the phone was HORRIBLE. Initial phone answer states it is closed. When we spoke to representative. They were rude and stated they knew about the problem and have been having it for months. Representative then placed our call on hold and when she returned she was very condescending and seemed upset that we did not know their menu especially when we asked for information regarding availably of certain foods that we usually get as we are very regular... read more
