My husband and I just picked up our takeout order a few minutes ago. I am deeply disappointed! I usually love outback food and service! Tonight the order was written up right, but it was not filled right. We got burgers, they were not noted as to which was cooked medium well and medium, the buns were too hard, we ordered bacon, but no bacon was on it, mayo was suppose to be on one, but there was none and my blooming onion that I have been wanting for so long was almost burnt! Outback you can do better than this!
Service was great as was the food despite it being crowded.
Love the food and the waitress was great. Really enjoyed myself. Will be attending again soon.

The food was good, except our waiter didn't not add hot sauce to my nasty ketchup..
Where do I even start? Our waitress, from the beginning, was awful. Every single thing we ordered we had to expect to not get for at least 20 minutes if at all. She was rude when we asked where our drinks were and blamed it on the bar although it took just as long to receive more water. Then my sister ordered a prime rib medium and we received it very, very pink, like it looked like it hadn't been cooked at all.
