It was my bday yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed the service, attentiveness of our waitress and the crew. Food was on point!!!!!
My Alice Springs Chicken was overcooked with mushrooms even though I said no mushrooms...The waitresses were very confused about who had paid and who had not paid (we had a very large party) everyone had so I am not sure what was going on there.....The atmosphere was great and the wait staff was pretty good for the most part....
Out to eat a nice$ meal for my mom's birthday. Told the waitress it was my mom's birthday prior to my mom arriving. We had gifts for mom as well that the waitress saw. We heard two other parties during the course of our meal that the outback staff sang happy birthday to. My mom asked our waitress "is dessert free for a birthday?" The waitress brought dessert without the outback staff for a birthday song. Also, the waitress was quite rude and hateful to a member of our party. Food and service was great. Walked in and was seated with in about 5 minutes.
A-1. Service and food excellent. Best salad,potato and steak that I have eaten in a long time. Cooked to perfection, no pink on mine or GLENWOOD's and oh so tender.
Went to a luncheon birthday celebration. Had a great time.The restaurant staff was very nice and polite. They accommodated our group in a very nice area.
The wait time wasn't long. It was busy but the service was great
very poor service and poor attitude from staff. we never got our cocktail drink order or food or friendly service from the staff. While we waited, they pushed 2 tables together beside us and about 7 or 8 were seated. They got a different waitress and bread and water. Meanwhile my wife and I got nothing...no cocktail drinks, no water, no bread, and no silverware. Finally we left. The manager is a useless African immigrant. But I plan on going back for lunch one day again soon alone. So we will see if they fixed their problem.
