Five of us , four great meals, my prime rib was under cooked, ordered Med Well, came rare, waiter took it back, browned up the outside , inside still raw. Manager asked me to allow them to get another piece, I declined, she deducted the cost of my meal from the bill. Great Customer Service!’
I went for takeout. Was to be ready at 5:40. At 6:00 I get a phone call telling me they didn't have the soup I wanted. I ordered replacement. 40 minutes later I got my food. Cold and missing salad and sauce for prime rib. This is the 2nd visit in a row I have had a bad experience. Last time rib eyes were old and tasted terrible.
Food and service was good. The waitress was very professional but friendly. The interior and exterior very clean. I thought the outdoor furniture on the porch for people to sit while waiting to be seated is a great addition to the resturant. My Husband and I highly recommend this Outback
