I am HIGHLY disappointed in my service and food order from the outback in Fayetteville, NC. I ordered through the web and it took WAY longer than stated, which I understand it's Sunday, but when I called I was placed on hold for SEVERAL minutes and had to hang up and CALL back to get and answer to where my food was. It left @ 5:20 and I was told I should've received it at 4:45. Not to mention my steak is RAW. I asked for medium well. This is clearly raw in the middle and my food was cold.
