I've never had a problem with them. But went there for Valentine's Day and it was awful. Spent almost $90.00 dollars. When my boyfriend called them about it they sent us a raggedy $10.00 gift card..
My fiancee and soon to be in-laws just had an amazing dinner! But what made it so worth it was our waiter Eric. His personality and his professionalism were top notch. He was on top of it from start to finish. This is how true customer service should be. Not to mention my soon to be father in-law downs his soda pretty quick and Eric was there to offer him refills. I live in Harrisonburg and this would be worth the drive just to have him as our waitor again!
Food and service was great! Although I have to say the Gingerbread Martini was a little too sweet for my liking.
