We got a bad steak that was sour and smelled like vinegar. Told the manager and nothing was done he said well we will look into the rest of the meat and said we will bring you a new one and walked away and never came back. This is the 3rd time in a couple months that we have had problems so don't waste your time at this restaurant. Go somewhere else
Seated immediately, waiter was very prompt, polite, and fun. Food was delivered in a very short time and was fabulous! Can't wait to go back�
Second time I've been here. Both times my steak house mac'n cheese was ice cold. Like just out of refrig cold.
This review will be all over the place. First let me say the food and the service were good....However, there were issues. Everyone in our party had the steak & shrimp special and it was good but the garlic shrimp was luke warm at best and my friend 's salad was frozen. We also had trouble getting drink refills and condiments to our table. When the checks came(individual checks) they were all messed up. I mean we will be back but this location needs to work on some things.
Waited 15min just now for a waiter/waitress to come wait on us for our drinks and orders. About 3 waiters/waitresses walked by us no one ever came by our table! It wasnt even busy, we were sitting right by the bar. They wont be getting our service anymore, ridiculous!
Last night we had a very bad time at the Outback in Waynesboro Va. dinner took an hour to arrive, was cold when it did arrive and the manager didn't care. His comments were "well nobody else is complaining", about the long wait to get our food "you should expect to wait an hour to get served on a Saturday". Then he asked "what do you expect me to do?". The meet was outstanding had a ribeye my baked potato was not done fully cooked and my wife had a fillet it was outstanding but her macaroni and cheese was horrible
The steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server was Brittany and she was very attentive. Very nice experience
