Absolutely terrible. Ordered curbside to-go on Monday. We got 2 burgers that were supposed to be cooked medium. I spent 15 mins outside waiting for someone to come out and greet me. I actually had to call and the girl who handled to-go was very rude and informed me that my order wasn't ready and hung up. When she came out with my food she had a less than enthusiastic look on her face. I paid and went home. Once I got home I realized that one of our burgers was plain. No toppings, nothing. Our night wasn’t starting out very good but we ended up at Outback and the service was great, the drinks, appetizers, and the food was delicious!!!! Defiantly will come back! Thank you for being good staff and friendly!
Our server had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced. He had no enthusiasm. Had the personality of a sad mopey sloth! He took forever to get our drinks and they were wrong when they did arrive. Didn’t bring us bread till we asked for it. Had to repeatedly ask for refills. Food was delicious but the server made it a unwelcoming experience.
