ordered at 4pm and was given a delivery time of 5:31. At 10 min after 6 we get a message that the order was canceled. Thanks for making us wait 2 hours to cancel our order. much appreciated. Just lost customers for life.
I placed an order for mother's day on Wednesday. when I got there for my appointment time there was a line around the parking lot and blocking traffic. one lady I spoke to said she had been in line for almost 2 hours and it was now 40 minutes past her appointment time. I left big disappointment for my mom and myself
Ordered online at 8:30 a.m. 3/27/2020 for a 6:30 p.m. delivery for our anniversary. At 9:15 p.m. after being lied to by the Manager at Outback and the Delivery Driver, who apologized and clearly stated: I know your food is cold, sorry, they made yours first, then I had to wait close to 45 minutes for the other order and that one was scheduled to be delivered before yours. food and service always good!
For it being Valentines Day and 1hr to close, food and service was awesome!!!
