Was there on Wednesday what a disappointment your add on TV and pictures of steak and unlimited shrimp is false advertising .it looked so good we decided to have the steak and shrimp.Well outback you should be ashamed the shrimp was so tiny 12 tiny shrimp the garlic so strong and salty could not eat changed to the battered shrimp could not eat them they were so over done ask for a second batch asking not to over cook them they came out the same hard and over cooked could not eat them the manager said he would look into it .t... read more
Sarah is amazing in her customer service, food was excellent
we were with a group of 7 two of us sent our steaks back because they were well done , not medium as we had ordered. The rest of our group was almost done eating when the two of us finally got our meal. the steak we did get was fatty and grisly. NOT worth the price.

our steaks came out heavily peppered even my daughters was so bad she couldnt eat it, waitress was uninterested in fixing the problem had it not been for the unlimited shrimp we would have left hungry.
Our waiter was awesome he came back to the table often to ask if we needed anything and he explained that he had a big table of guest besides us but he didn’t neglect us. Good job Guy
