Usually this restaurant is pretty good but my experience today has turned me off of going there or using them in the future. At 4:20 I placed an online order for delivery. Was told that it will be delivered between 456 and 5:06 PM. It did not arrive. Shortly past the expiration of the delivery window I get a revised text that my food will now come 20 to 30 minutes later between 5:26 PM and 5:36 PM. Again it did not arrive. Great food and 1st day reopening after quarantine and they are very much in compliance with CDC guidelines. Good job and good food.
When orders are placed tell people if they are going to fill them. A simple call, text, or email would have been ok. Still waiting for our food from yesterday. Haha never again will I eat at any outback, it was my favorite place to go also.
Ordered delivery for 5:00pm. It's 6:15 and still no delivery!!! What a great way to celebrate mother's day!😫. Thanks outback for ruining it. And of course can not get through on the phone.
