My friend came here and left her wallet with a considerable amount of money in it. And they are not willing to help her AT ALL. Would not recommend this place, maybe to go. But I know as a waitress, I turn in EVERY SINGLE WALLET I have found in the 7 years I’ve been serving tables. Will not return. Except to try and find my friends wallet.
The service and the cocktails were superb and the food was delicious. They were even able to seat 15 of us with minimal wait at 8pm on a Saturday.
I’m not a fan of outback in Kansas where I’m from but every year we come down and eat here. The food is great and steaks cooked on point. Tonight we prolly had one of the best waitresses I have ever had at a restaurant. Everyone at the store deserves a raise.
Ordered online for our anniversary dinner to enjoy at home. I received a call from the location stating they had a promotion for free delivery for first online order within a certain area and asked if I would like delivery instead of carry out. I obviously said yes, who doesn’t like free delivery, and said that we were celebrating our anniversary and having dinner delivered was the icing on the cake. Our food arrived as ordered and with a complimentary piece of cheesecake to celebrate. Everything was delicious!
After Saturday Matinee show of Wicked, we headed to the new Saltgrass Steakhouse but their estimated wait was 90 minutes so we headed across Yale to Outback. I hadn't been to Outback in a long time, but it was awesome. I had the filet and lobster special, and salad. My filet was one of the best I have ever had and service was really wonderful.
Stringiest, fattest, most inedible prime rib I’ve ever gotten anywhere. Chose Mac n cheese as a side dish, and it was at minimum 3 days old. It was almost Brown it was so dried out. Service was poor at best. Took forever to be waited on, yet the store manager was making a fuss about the table behind us because it was an employees parents. I can see now why the Saltgrass steakhouse across the street had a waiting line, yet this location’s Lot was empty. Next time, I’ll wait in line.
I want to give a "high five" to the Tulsa Yale Outback!! Today, we took our parents for their 61st anniversary lunch at Outback. First of all, we had a fantastic and friendly server--Jazmin. Then, one of the managers (I'm assuming) came by and found out the reason we were celebrating. He brought them a card, a free (and delicious) piece of cake to share.
