RecommendedGreat steak and we had great service!
Texas Roadhouse is much bette in my opinion Tonight my steak was over seasoned and over cooked. Ribs were terrible. Seems I'm always dissatisfied after eating at Outback.Our server however was very good.
It is usually good but this time the waitress got our order wrong and then the chicken was hard as a 🧱 brick! However the one in Hendersonville, NC is great!!!

Last two times I’ve been there,got water waited,waited no order taken left after 30 min. Went Dec.29 nobody there really 40-45 min. wait.left got in car going to Texas Roadhouse called outback 1 hr. 40 min. I ask why when nobody there she said in middle of shift change.I really think no cook or servers was there.like I was told few months back when service was slow.I like Outback but please get it together please.
Seated at 1820hrs and got our bloomin onion, salad, and soup. Its now 2000hrs and haven't received our steaks yet. Two other tables have come, received their food and left. We are still waiting. Guess you could call this a fitting last meal of 2020 because just like this year, this experience sucks.
Recommendedgood service and great steak
Just had take out from outback in harbison. Ordered the Blooming Chicken Sandwich and it was awful. Chicken was maybe 3”x3” and was sloppy wet. Could not eat it. Very disappointed. Do not order this.

First time I have ever experienced poor service from this establishment. Food items left off order ...several times. Coffee served cold and never saw the server unless we asked for something or did not see a manager the entire visit either. Staff was not friendly at all. Wasted money for poor service ....won’t happen again
