We always get great service and the Managers will always make things right I recommend the bone in ribeye it's fantastic !!! Tulsa residents look us up on Facebook at "sparkly bins" you will be surprised at what we do. 👍👍

I ordered takeout 2 hours ago. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Had to call on another line to get them to get a manager. Response from manager? Let me put you on hold for 4 more minutes. He is out delivering it. When did he leave? I don’t know. Just know he is not here. Why don’t you call him? Ok....he is not answering. He is on his way? So it will be cold? Why don’t I have it remade. They will remake- my daughter gets to eat after 9. Yay
Yesterday was my birthday and had decided this is where we were going, the waitstaff was excellent,she was knowledgeable of the menu, and as picky of an eater as I am especially steak, the prime rib was by far the best I have ever eaten!! Cooked exactly the way I specified! Thumbs up to a great meal on my special day!

We always have the best dining experience when Greg is our server! He is so personable and will put a smile on your face most definitely by the time you are finished eating...love the Yale location, can’t go wrong!
