Awesome meal. Had been disappointed the last few times at Outback. This meal was the best in a long while. Steak cooked perfectly. Beer cold! Great experience!
This outback is amazing. We didn't say anything about not liking out rib, but the issue was addressed and taken care of immediately. Wonderful service!
Give it up for outback in hickory. We eat there at least once a month. I always get the bone in ribeye, even when it was taken off the menu I'd ask for it. Tonight's steak was the worst I've ever tried to eat. Cooked perfect, but like leather. Several pieces I spit out and my wife hid them. I wasn't going to say anything but the manager stopped by the table and asked how the food was. My wife told him I was having problems cutting it. He offered to replace it or take it off the bill. I love Outback, but this location's Outback To-Go is terrible. We use the convenience of Outback To-Go probably 10 times a month, spending upwards of $100 each time. Almost every time,there is something very wrong with the order. It's very frustrating, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Good food and cheerful service. Though hard to get in on weekends. Have to park down the street. Could do with another location.
Great experience once again. The staff made it happen so that we celebrated mine and my wife's 10th wedding anniversary in the same booth I proposed to her in. They complimented our table with flowers as a gift to take home as well as a card signed by all the staff! Thank you for the wonderful anniversary celebration, great food, and attentive service. We are very pleased.
