Great steaks!!!! Go for the food and atmosphere. .
Well we normally order curbside but my son and I went on a day date. I ordered a 3.99 desert to go and it's a small desert halfway full. Very disappointed as I know outback changed their deserts and 4 bucks for a 8oz solo cup (clear) half full is not a fair price. Overall we love them but make your food match your price please.
My family frequents this Outback location, specifically the curbside take away service. They are usually awesome, but tonight my steak was way over cooked and they forgot an order of 20 wings. We called and the manager was SO helpful and nice. We drove back expecting to just pick up our wings and a new steak but he had redone our ENTIRE order without us even asking along with giving us a few coupons for future visits. The food was so good , on time, hot when served and delicious ! Also the staff was so helpful with me when I brought a Bday cake for my daughter's 25th birthday. Candy was AMAZING, she helped me with taking care of this cake and keeping an eye on me when it was time to go get the cake, she was invaluable to me being able to do this and our waiter , Micheal was awesome as well with helping us and always checking in on us. If you order your steak medium rare it's going to come out well done. Customer service was okay at best. Didn't have the opportunity to ask for a properly cooked steak nor would I want to ask because it should have came out right the first time for a steak house. Wasted $70 dinner night.
It good place to eat family place food was good service was ok .
Of course a blooming onion is nesessary. Got the aussie steak tacos which are absolutely fantastic. Keep Brandon P. around he made the visit that much more enjoyable. Thumbs up Hickory Outback!!
