Just finished eating here for a late Valentine's dinner. Not good at all! Didn't get silverware when salads arrived we just sat there. Tried to wave a waitress down but had to go to hostess and find two. Ordered extra bread, it never came, drinks weren't refilled. Then ordered fillet and lobster tail. Specifically asked for fillet NOT to be butterflied, ordered Medium...guess what...it was butterflied. Had to eat half dinner and steak came 45 minutes later. Ugh, steak was not even great!
Krisya the proprietor is the best. Please go by and meet this amazing young woman. She is a customer service genius! The management staff is incredible and friendly the servers and hostess associates are awesome! We had Alexis tonight and she wonderful.
Went to Outback on Friday, February 10, 2016 with a large group. The staff and management were awesome! Thank you guys for your hospitality. I enjoyed time with my friends and staff. Blessings to each of you.
Very good atmosphere great place to take the family food was excellent staff very polite and most of all our food came out the way we ordered it
We had a great Birthday lunch for my Mom yesterday. Our server (Ashley D.) she took great care of us and we enjoyed every minute of our meal. The manager was great also. She came over and checked to make sure everything was good.
I love the food. My rating is based on food and service! Jessica was great. My only complaint is the parking lot. More parking is needed! I also think that having 5 spots reserved for take out pick up is overkill. Two spots would work, 3 at the most!
My husband and I ate at Outback in Hickory last night and it was wonderful. Our waitress Ashley was so sweet, attentive, and took very good care of us. The only thing was......I left miserable (from eating so much, because it was soooi good)
I have been there alot since they opened and last night the waiter was really a good waiter.
