Absolute worst car side service. Paid no attention when I called in my order and of course it was wrong. Then she kept asking my wife if I placed my order online. Then coming back and forth asking "now what else did we forget?" I understand its Friday night but I pay full price just like the people eating inside and tip just as well, for cold food and bad service.
Had a wonderful waiter Named Michael that made our dining experience wonderful
This place is wishy-washy, good one day, terrible the next!! Today we waited 10 min until we asked A hostess for help us find our waiter or waitress. Someone showed up 5 min later but she was just there to get our drink order! So with that we left and somewhere else where the service was a whole lot better!!!
I went with my mom on Memorial Day and Brandon was great. I love the chicken taco's and again Brandon was great. Best server I've ever had at any place.
We ate there this past weekend and found NOTHNG good to say. We arrived well before the evening rush, yet still had to wait almost an hour. Our waiter was responsible for entirely too many customers, but did the best he could in light of the fact everyone was waiting FAR TOO LONG for their orders! Once our food arrived, it was NOT as ordered and was NOT corrected after being sent back! We gave up and attempted to eat the WORST steaks any of us had ever been served anywhere!!! Me and my husband got married in April and we had a gift card from there so we decided to go . I love the food and it was very nice people there I will be back
Server had a little attitude and we usually eat here on Mondays. Really not sure what issue is/was but waited and had to tell a manager drinks were out. Server had comment that he was getting milk for the bar. Still waiting on food. Had to remind him about the onion.
My food was great. Steak was cooked just right & the blooming onion was great. Our server was wonderful. She was nice and funny. We had good conversations. I'll be back!!!! :)
I asked for a Medium Filet Mignon I got rare. My husband asked for mixed seasonal vegetables he got mashed potatoes. We got our food but no utensils to eat it with! We had a coupon the waitress said we could use, she said she had to add it on the bill and disappeared for about 20-25 mins took other food orders and brought out other peoples food while my 2 babies were crying. The blooming onion had no taste. Statesville Outback is 100 times better!
