appetizer took forever to come out. they took forever and looked over cooked but we didnt complain. our entrees took a very very long time to come out and when they did we were missing sides. they said they had to make a fresh batch and when we were done with our meals the side came out to the table. unbelievable. no manager out to our table or anything. nothing done to the bill. probably will be a really long time before we go back
I do not recommend outback for steak. French onion soup was delicious. Salad was exceptionally good! loved the coconut shrimp I added to my order. Sirloin steak was shrunk up and dry. Staff agreed way to well done. offered to bring another. It arrived same time as our bill. Too late to eat with family. They asked if I would like to check it. our lobster tails were tough& almost tasteless..sent them back&weren"t a whole lot better..nevere had bad lobster tails before!!!
Visited Outback (Southgate) this after noon.(new years eve) it was icredibly busy, so chilled at the bar with some of my family for awile, we were seated about 40 minutes later as advised on arrival service was propt and the food was good, l would would like to thank the staff and management for smooth operation on very busy day.. Happy New year to you all, hope you get time to celebrate. Oh and we will see you again.Thank You
We usually love Outback! Our experience today was less than desirable. First problem: ordered house wines and got premium wines and were charged for them. I ordered chicken tacos and tortilla soup. Didn’t get the soup until after the tacos. Then they brought me steak tacos and asparagus, which I think was rotten. I don’t think we will be going there again for a while.
Great service. Like the call ahead seating.
