I would like my money back ASAP! I had my hopes up for great food was highly disappointed at the Southgate MI location. Sent back my salad due to the lettuce tasting old. Steak fajitas were disgusting! The meat tasted cheap and there was all cheese and a few pieces of steak. The pink lemonade taste like it had no sugar. Not a picky eater or big complainer and let a lot slide when it comes to bad food at a restaurant but my experience was horrible. I would like my $25 I spent there back!
they burnt the bloomin onion and dropped my husband's crab cakes on the floor... been seated for 45 minutes and all they brought was the bread , bloomin onion and crab cakes...

Outback is our favorite place to eat out as a family. Their staff and management have always treated us beautifully and food is always fresh and tasty! Most important they really take the time to talk and build a culture of warmth with they’re friendly staff! Outback all the way!
Excellent food and service. We had the blooming onion and shrimp on the Barbie along with 2 cocktails.
Tuesday they abused 21elderly people. We went out for our monthly lunch bunch group. We reserved tables plenty ahead of time. We had one waitress for all of us. Ridiculous! We had to ask for water 3 times. Finally the waitress brought one tray of food out left it sitting there 15 mins and disappeared. Our leader served the food. How is this place even in business?! I knew from a previous visit to ask for very little to no seasoning on the steak. Apparently the waitress didn't listen to my order or the kitchen just didn't care. Steak came out as an overcooked dry brick that was so salty it could be used as a deer lick, I couldn't take more than 2 bites.
