RecommendedWe had excellent service "Kaleigh" was our server (not sure how it's spelled, sorry honey) she was outstanding, with everything going on she was very informative of everything, was upbeat, kept our drinks full, (even after the kid's changed them) we didn't have to ask for anything as she was "on top of it" Outback you have a genuine Grade A server on your staff && I sincerely hope you appreciate her good/hard work as we Definitely did!!....When we return, we will definitely ask for her!!! no courtesy for the customer when given bad service and wrong food order
Ordered online for delivery it took 2 hours and 25 minutes for our food to get delivered it was all cold and soggy. Before it got delivered I was trying to call to make sure I placed my order right because it had been so long and the phone just rang or employees would pick it up and just hang up. Waste of money will not be ordering delivery through them again.
