We ordered, for us, a large take out order. Sides were missing. And 2 orders were incomplete. An expired "free" bloomin onion coupon was given as an apology... expired 6/30/17... Not good Outback. We work very hard for our money. This was a rare treat for us.
Made the mistake of getting a table near the door and froze, won’t do that again, tried to eat healthy so ordered the plain salmon, the asparagus(awful), and lemon water. Would I go back? Yes. The manager came out and he quickly remedied the problem by letting me substitute the asparagus for a baked potato, love their bread and butter, blooming onion, my salmon wasn’t bad at all, we were a group of 6 and everyone was fairly pleased.
We had a large party (of 8) for lunch on a Saturday. We arrived right at noon, so fortunately it was relatively empty. Service was excellent. Jalen was very attentive, refilling drinks before we asked and didn’t make any mistakes with our order. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. My husband and I both ordered the Chicken Alice Springs, and could not finish it (not because we were full). In fairness, there were a few at the table who seemed to enjoy their meal, but I know at least 2 others who didn’t.

My hubby and I love going to Outback in Virginia......we decided to go to the one in Waldorf Maryland. The food was Ok, but the half slam of ribs wasn't the size my hubby normally gets.....it looks like a kids meal for 18.99, wasn't expecting that size for that price.........we never had that problem in Virginia.
Service was amazing food was cooked perfect and drinks were just right woulmd recommend to all my friends management n staff were awesome
This was the first time that we have gone here and experienced such horrible service and food.
