We waited at least 30min b4 someone came over to acknowledge our table, the service was horrible and so was the food, my wife ordered wings and fries and they both were ice cold, I ordered the prime rib and it was too cold, this is by far the worst Outback I’ve gone to, and we go to Outback often, but we are really upset with the service we received today.
They definitely earned a new customer from the oxonhill area. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with outback Oxonhill needs to step up with the food and service (curbside takeout) Rt1 Alexandria has great service and parking but my steak wasn't well done for the last time But waldorf was no wait great service and I still haven't touched my food it actually looks better than the commercial (lobster n steak $15.99) and they will see me monthly vs any other nearby outback
Service was great, steaks came a little over dobe from what we asked for but we're delicious. Advertisement online 2/16 - 2/19 military discount of 20% when we asked they said it was only 10% bummer.
Our waitress was super nice but other than that it was a mistake to walk in the facility
Our server Brandon was very good and the food Wes delicious.
How do you ask a person to leave your restaurant because they are a person in uniform unreal I won't be eating here anymore. And I will spread the word .
