Great food, friendly staff!
Unfriendly and flat out rude slow and often get the order wrong
my fiancé called to order dinner for me him & my grandfather. called and was redirected 3 different times. out of random they hung up! my fiancé called again and they didn’t answer at all. was really excited about my tilapia with crab meat and they want to be dicks and not answer! won’t be getting food from there again!
RecommendedLove the food... BUT!! Ya'll need to step up your game on takeout orders. Every time we order online and pick up. Our order is never right! Something is ALWAYS missing.
Food is always good, hot and fresh
Stopped in for dinner with the family. The hostess was not very friendly at all. We were seated...everyone at the table had figured out what we were going to order and no one had even syopped to say hi to us. By this time it had been between 10 and 15 minutes. Several wait staff and the manager walked past our table without any acknowledgment. We decided to leave and go to LaPlata Outback where we had great service and food!!! Won't be back to Waldorf Outback for a while. By the way LaPlata was almost a full house.
Good steaks. Nice atmosphere. Good drinks.
Worst service ever in a carry out l paid 68.00 for our meals we I got home order was wrong we were missing two items and had to return to get remaining product cheese fries had croutons in ranch dip had almost no bacon on fries went I asked gentleman for forks and a knife he said the container was empty so NO everyone should just go to Longhorn
