Steaks where dry ... . Been there twice...both time steaks where bad !! I'll never eat there again....
We were very disappointed with our experience on 10-09. I can only drink water products so I asked for water and lemon..and splenda..server said..I will have to charge you for a regular drink...2.00 for a glass of water..really..we will NOT return!!!
I love going to Outback...usually. Normally the food is perfect. Last night, however, not so good. Most of our steaks were kind of on the chewy side (and they were filets). The sides were also so-so. But it won't deter me from going back. Also, I used the website to get on the wait list. Got there exactly when I said we would and still had to wait 25 minutes for a table that we could clearly see had been unused the whole time we were waiting.
They are always messing up online and to go orders... This is the last time I ever come here again .. Tried to give me ALL wings with my order and no drums ... Really ?? Never seen any restaurant try that ... Now the rest of my food will be cold when I get home . .. Thanks... It's laplata from now on.. Never had a bad experience there yet!
My parents are celebrities here and when I join them on occasion, I get the royal treatment too. The food is always delicious and the wait staff takes great care of us. Our favorites are Michelle, Keenan, and CeCe. If you get any of them, tip them well. They rock!
Staff is great. Especially Solia and Renard.
