Completed the work. Never had a negative experience with Ourisman until this service. Paid for a tire rotation they made the decision not to rotate tires because the better tires are on the front. Wish they had informed me before I walked out and noticed the service had not be ✅. Made me think 🤔 what else was not done .
RecommendedI bought different cars there and was satisfied with the service. This time I'm not sure because that service guy told me I should find a Hyundai dealer since that's the type car I got this time. Only prob is I bought this car from Ourisman. Someone tell me fast what I should before I call my attorney!

Robert is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to Volkswagens. He is very passionate about Volkswagens and provides outstanding customer service. He had my girlfriends gti in and out before the scheduled appointment time and she was able to get to work early. I highly recommend Robert for any of your Volkswagen service needs.

Dealership needs some training in customer service and maintaining brand standards. They have rude and disrespectful associates working in both sales management and finance management. Volkswagen have excellent product but this location's service doesn't match the product!!!
