RecommendedI bought my first car at Darcars in 2013 and had an awful experience and it was just as bad taking it to them for maintenance. I found Ourisman and have been taking my car to them since 2014. They are efficient, quick and communicate very well. My car went out at 140k miles and I bought my new car from Ourisman and as expected, I had a wonderful experience. I don’t want to go through any other dealer within the DMV area. Keep up the great work everyone!

We have purchased through the Ourisman dealerships since 2011 (2011-Hyundai, 2016-Honda) our most recent was Oct 2019 on our 2019 VW Atlas. It was an extreme pleasure working with Shelley during our purchase. No pressure, very personable and easy to deal with. Terrible service experience for a known problem. VW offered no compassion or assistance that the repair was going to cost upwards of $5100 and said it is what it is. What it is is going elsewhere to buy a quality vehicle.
They have very knowledgeable service people who answered my questions and performed a recall repair.
