I purchased my Passat TDI at this dealership and I always have it serviced there. The service advisors are always polite and courteous. I have never had a bad experience and will continue to have my car serviced there.
Unbelievably terrible service. Came in to get my blind spot assist repaired, turned out costing me $179 to have them PLUG in my left mirror. Got in the car to drive to Nissan (where I bought it) only to find out they ripped my leather door panel. When I went back into show the service manager she said her shop foreman told them it was there before. Unbelievable how the service manager and GM are handling this situation.
The service staff is polite, personable and professional.
First time using this dealership. Service advisor, James Brown, was great. Waiting area was tidy. Will use again.
