Was so excited for my new atlas. Had an ok buying experience. Scott in service is great. Everything else , not so much. Brand new car under a year old. Deployed husband. Car in shop 4 times. Now for almost 2 months, parts backordered, difficulty getting an appropriately sized loaner car, and no support speaking to VW corporate to get the car bought back and situation rectified . Military families, think long and hard before you get a car here.
I have had my Tiguan in your service department for the 4th time now with a water pump leak. Even know your Department has picked up the tab on the water pump, I have had to pay for the labor. Why would any company make a customer have to PAY ANYTHING for have to be unconvinced 4 times with the same d*** problem. The service manager has been upstanding in realizing my problem and has been very helpful. . When does VW decide enough is enough. I am out over $1,400.00 in labor fees for something I had no control over. the water... read more

I am thoroughly pleased with the staff at Ourisman VW of Laurel. I went in and was greeted professionally and escorted to my Salesperson right away. Mr. Conrad wasted no time getting all the information required and sent to finance. Only 2 1/2 hours...I was riding home in my new 2020 VW Tiguan. The Finance Manager was thoroughly efficient.
