This is the 6th time we took our three dogs to Otter tail they love it there. They jump out of the car and run right into the loving arms of the Staff. Thank You
I have never had to leave my dog anywhere. But I have to say after meeting Karen and to see the concern she showed for my dog since he had been experiencing "some" type of allergic reaction, Karen helped me thru it. Buddy is doing great! He loves his new food thanks to you all.
We love Otter Tail Pet Resort. It's nice to go on vacation and know your pet is well taken care of. Would highly recommend their business!
We were so worried about where to have our two pug babies stay when we had to go somewhere. After a lot of research, we found OtterTail - and it was everything great we heard about it!!! Friendly, caring staff, clean environment and our pugs were very well taken care of!! If you are looking for someone to care for your babies, this is the place! Look no more!!! We already have several more dates booked!!
Love dropping my boys off here. I am always at ease knowing they are in good hands. The first time I dropped them off at daycare I got a courtesy call because ottertail knew I was thinking about them all day. Great place, great people! Thank you Ottertail! ❤️
We have a Silkie Terrier which will be 12 this month, she had never been kenneled before and I really hated the idea of her going to one. She stayed a week in July I was told to call as many times as I would like since I was so worried. Every time I called she was doing well . . she did so well she did not have to take the nerve meds the vet prescribed . .Ottertail is a very friendly place, and your pet will love going there as much as our little one did!
Mabel, our boxer, had a wonderful time for her first away from home boarding experience--she will be back to do some more wiggling with you!
A diamond find in Delmar De !!!! Took our Penny her for a few days and the place is just immaculate and spacious. Staff is friendly and followed my instructions...well..one instruction. She even got a bath and her nails done!! Love the experience and will use again and again and again!!!
Our princess came home happy and relaxed. My husband and I have great peace of mind when on vacation.
