Great customer service, and the person driving the car is not the customer. It's your pet. They love their jobs and your pet. My dog always loved staying at Otter Tails.
We boarded our 2 year old Golden Retriever. He had a great time.He even got a bath, I could tell when I picked him up! That tells me he got to play with other dogs. I will definitely be bringing him back to OtterTail again when we have to be away from home.
Our pup loved his stay at Otter Tail! From the friendly staff to the clean facility, he was well loved and cared for in our absence. We highly recommend Otter Tail!

Otter Tail is a wonderful home away from home for our 2 labs. They love coming here. We were gone on and off over 6 weeks this past summer. The girls were very clean and happy when we picked them up each time. Karen , Mckenzie and staff are very friendly and helpful. One of our labs was recovering from knee surgery and they went out of their way to make her comfortable. I never worry about our girls when they are here. I know they are safe and having a good time. Thank you Otter Tail!
The folks at Otter Tail treat our Boxer like one of their own. The facilities are scrupulously clean; she gets ample opportunity to play; her diet and meds are handled with care. Most importantly, she is thrilled to arrive there. She pulls us toward the facility and never even glances back as they take her inside!
My pug enjoys his stays there. He really likes the opportunity to play with other dogs. The kennel is clean and modern. The people there really like dogs.
We boarded our two dogs at Otter Tail, having decided upon this pet resort as the "best" that we toured before boarding. We were definitely not disappointed. Our pets were well cared for, clean, and happy when we picked them up. The staff is very caring and courteous. Would we board them again? Absolutely, and without a doubt they would be boarded at Otter Tail. Thank you Karen and Staff - we are pleased with the care our dogs received.
