We found your Pet Resort through the recommendations of a friend. Our Bella ( 8 year old Jack Russell Pampered princess) stayed there while we were away out of the country. We felt very confident when we came by to check it out. You answered all our questions and made us feel at ease leaving our fur baby in your very capable, kind hands. We were very pleased with all aspects of the care Bella received while in your care! We have recommended you to all of our family & friends!
Our 9 yr old lab had never been boarded so we weren't sure what to expect. We arrived and she had no problem walking away with the friendly staff and she even didn't look back. She was just as happy when we picked her up 3 days later.

Our Chloe loves Otter Tails!! We where not sure how are 4 legged friend would do in a kennel. After talking to Mackenzie all of our worries went out the window. I would highly recommend Otter Tails!! And Chloe says she woof too!!

Great place. Our dogs love their stays. Our youngest goes to doggie daycare two times a week, just loves the staff and her playmates. Highly recommend.
I have a smallish dog named Benjamin whom I adopted from the spca a little over a year ago. He had been mistreated terribly by his previous owner. He was still pretty skittish around new people (especially men) come thanksgiving when I boarded him at the OtterTail pet resort. I was super nervous because I had never boarded him before and he is my child! Karen listened to all my concerns and happily took the paper that I wrote Benjamin 101 notes on. My dog would take himself to ottertail. Loves everyone there. If I pick him up in the morning he's won't look at me for a couple of days. Loves that last day to play.
