I have to share my experience with everyone about Ottertail Pet Resort. Today when I was taking my dog, Zebedee he was so happy to see Bethany when we checked in. And as we turned into the driveway, I put the windows down so he could smell the air to see if he recognized where we were going, and boy did he! He started wagging his tail and pacing back and forth. What reassurance as a pet owner to see your dog anticipating his visit. Thanks Ottertail! Laura Evans Smith Island, MD
We boarded our 6 month old goldendoodle puppy for the first time this June at Ottertail. She loved the social time with the other pups and was happy, clean, and well cared for when we picked her up after a week away. We even called a couple of times to check on her and staff provided reassuring updates. It seemed like it was harder for us than her! We were so happy with them, we reserved her space for our next vacation this month. We recommend them without hesitation.
Took our cat Abby, there last month. Everyone was really great, and understood our anxiety about leaving her for the first time. She made out fine, and we will be using them again when we go away.
I have not boarded a dog for 15 years but decided I needed to introduce our 1 year old to the concept. It was a great feeling knowing that she was well cared for. It is a beautiful facility that is spotless and has a very caring staff.
I took Buddy my dog to Ottertails and was very pleased with their care of my dog. I had not taken him to any kennel before, but I will continue to use them when ever I plan a trip. I will also give them a recommendations when some friends needs a kennel. He was excited to see me, but they said he had eaten meals and enjoyed his stay. Thank you Karen and your staff for taking good care of Buddy!!!
Close by with convenient hours and reasonable rates. My cat now has her own "resort" when we go away for a few days!
Great value, clean facility, friendly, & courteous staff! I had peace of mind leaving my furbabies here while we were on vacation, I know they loved it there & they were well cared for! Can’t wait to use OTPR again for future boarding’s. ��
