This place is wonderful!! Kind people, clean, well run, never had any experience here that was not top-notch!!! Have helped us in kennel emergencies when my husbands health went south! No way would I ever trust anyone else with our "baby"!

Donald Christman My two dogs did great at Otter Trail. The staff were great with them. They were super with my one dog who is 15 years old. I would tell everyone to use this pet resort.
Our dog, Nali, has been going to Ottertail since she was 4 or 5 months old. She loves going on vacation there! Can't get through the door fast enough. We trust Karen, she is so loving with the dogs & runs a very professional facility. We tell everyone about Ottertail!
Discrimination against the pit bull breed because of an incident it should just be the individual dog not allowed there not the whole breed.
We love Otter Tail....our Matilda ("Tillie") cannot wait to get through the door and "never looks back" when we drop her off! It is such a comfort to know she is being well cared for when we are away. Thank you for loving her as we do!
Out senior labs love spending time at Ottertail and we love having peace of mind that they are getting the best care while away from us. I'm thrilled to have found Karen and her staff to care for our "kids" when they can't be with us.
