Otter Tail is amazing and Karen is so awesome!! She really helped me out when I had a crisis while I was on vacation in Florida and the weather here unexpectedly turned too cold for my geriatric puppy to stay at home any longer. Karen saved the day, the doggie and the vaca!! Thank you!!
We try to take them everywhere, but... When we leave our dogs at OtterTail, we leave knowing they will receive excellent care and attention. And we come back to happy dogs! What's better than that??
Otter Tail is truly a pleasure. It's reassuring to know that your dog will receive excellent care when you leave town for a few days. To leave them behind is tough enough, without having to worry that they're in good hands. Abby loves Otter Tail and so do we!
My dogs recently visited Ottertail Resort and came back home without being stressed out at all. It was clear that they were well taken care of by their demeanor when I picked them up. It was their first time away from home and they did great. Everyone at Ottertail was very friendly and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all was in order even before we arrived. Most definitely the best pet resort I have ever used.
OtterTail, for years, always took wonderful care of our Weimaraner, Jake. Last year he went over Rainbow Bridge. I remember calling Karen and she just cried with me on the phone. I always knew that her business was much more than "just a business", but after that I REALLY knew! We now have a new baby, Odie, a mini dachshund. He got his first mani/pedi at OtterTail and will be going back every month. He loved the girls! OtterTail is a true "home away from home". Our babies are "their babies"!
A total comfort knowing my fur babies are in good hands when I need to be away. Very attentive to details regarding food, meds, and favorite tickle spots :) I only wish they would open additional resorts over the bridge...
My Lu Lu LOVES it!!!
I have been using Otter Tail for my dog Peyton since she was a puppy. 6 years later there is no one else I would trust to care for her when I'm away. Thanks Everyone at Otter Tail for always going above and beyond the call of duty!
