We LOVE all of the vets and techs at Ottawa Animal Hospital! Not only do they know our dog by name every time, they take the time to greet our 3 year old by name as well. They take such GREAT care of our dog, help calm him (and my) anxiety...and ALWAYS call to check on him after an appointment. The personal touches are definitely noticed and SO appreciated!

Thank you for all the love and kindness you all showed my sweet Zeke in his short 10 months of life. Dr Swift, dr. Heitman, and of course John, you were all the best. And we will continue to trust you all to care for Asher, Micah, Spudnik, and Cullen.
It's a 30-minute drive for us when we have a vet's office right down the road, but the quality care and the friendly staff at Ottawa Animal Hospital makes a big difference. We have four dogs, including a senior and a geriatric with dementia, and couldn't be more appreciative for the treatment Dr. Swift and the staff give to our fur babies.
I love Ottawa Animal Hospital. I take my Sunny there every 6 weeks for a nail trim and Sunny loves going there. (I think unusual for a cat) I have boarded him there a few times, With no worry of his care, Meaning I know he was in very good care. The Techs are awesome. As is the vet. I strongly suggest them.. We love Ottawa Animal Hospital and so does our dog Jeter. He shows no anxiety when we go there. We have only gone to the East location. The vets are very knowledgeable and so are the techs. We recommended that our daughter get a second opinion for her Shorkie who had developed IVDD. Her current vet had recommended only two options, very expensive surgery at MSU or euthanasia. Under the care of Ottawa Animal Hospital he has improved tremendously!
