Ottawa Animal Hospital has cared for my dogs for over 15 years and have always shown outstanding care, and concern for my pets. They are like family, and treat you and your pet with love and understanding. If there is a problem with my pets they will search non-stop until they find the solution. Reaching out to experts in the field of veterinarian medicine whenever necessary. It is reassuring to know that if my dog gets sick there are experts who truly care, and are available to help her.
I’m really happy with my experience here. They were extremely kind and not too pricey. They took special care of my cat and were very quick but yet also weren’t just rushing the process. Left there feeling extremely satisfied.

The staff was very kind and professional. They explained everything they did in detail, but got us in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. I loved the "fear-free" approach they take. They made both me and my pet feel valued and cared for. 5 stars all around, with an affordable price tag to boot! I'll definitely be a lifetime customer!
Great staff and they always take the time to listen to your concerns.....also very gentle in their approach to reduce the stress level of my very nervous rescue dog...thanks so much...tail wagging by the time we left.
