RecommendedNew resident with emergent need for our little furry girl. Carrying and knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained throughly and my almost 12 year old shih tzu received the best of care when she became suddenly ill. Highly recommend.
We have been served by Ottawa Animal Hospital since we moved to Holland. The veterinarians And. Staff have always treated us well and given great and compassionate care to our cats. Today they even graciously accommodated my mistake of showing up at the wrong office for a monitoring lab work appointment.
Best experiences ever! Every time I bring my puppy in they all make both her and I very welcome. When I dropped my Malaui in to get spayed this week, I got the cutest video after ❤️. My kiddos LOVED it. Both Emily the tech and Dr Heitman came and talked to me after. I always feel like the staff care about my pet as much as I do. We’ve visited with a couple of the vets and each of them are equally amazing!! Would recommend to anyone!
Staff is all calm and welcoming. This put my “nervous Nellie” girl at ease right away. Had a great visit with Dr. Swift! She was caring, knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions to try for Ellie who has chronic ear infections. I came home and have implemented her suggestions. I hope to improve our dog’s health with better vet care, dietary changes, supplements and a natural health approach instead of just having a vet toss us more antibiotic ear drops. Both locations are amazing.
Our boy Harper had a growth removed from his eyelid yesterday at the 120th Street office. At 10 1/2 years old, I was a little nervous about the procedure and accompanying anesthesia but he came through with flying colors! Today, he is practically back to his old self. Many thanks to Dr. Heitman and the staff.
Dr Heitman is amazing , caring, and explains everything he is doing in a way you can understand! The staff is kind , welcoming and helpful!! Would not take my precious fur baby any place else !!
They always get us right in for an appointment. When we arrived they went above and beyond helping me getting our circus in and providing excellent care. My circus included 2 year old twins, a 3 month old and our anxiety-filled under the weather dog.
Our cat needed emergency care on Wednesday and I called Mapleview hospital and they refused to see her because she wasn’t a regular patient there so I called Ottawa hospital and they got her in and my mom and son took her in and said they were amazing!! Thank you so much for taking care of our baby
