Everyone was kind and skilled, I barely had a wait time, and I felt like I had been listened to and thoroughly taken care of.
Dr, Aboud is excellent professionally and personable, interested in me as a patient. She spent the necessary time to discuss her direct laryngoscopy findings, the implicitions, and her suggestions for treatment.
This was my second visit with Dr Abboud; again, she was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I was seen before my schedule time. Although my appointment was in Radnor, I would visit her at any of her office locations. She is wonderful!
Soo H Kim Abboud, MD is an excellent physician. She responded to all my and my daughters complaints and suggested solutions for all of them. I would highly recommend her to anyone asking for a recommendation.

The experience I had from check in to seeing the doctor was excellent. I can't see room for improvement because the care was excellent.
I was very pleased to meet with Dr. Abboud who was very pleasant and responded to my questions and concerns. I do want to note that it was very difficult to get an appointment with any ENT physician. I had to drive to Radnor to see her. I could not arrange for an earlier appointment in Philly. The support staff were very pleasant although the receptionist who checked you in appeared to be overwhelmed. Fortunately, I was able to arrange for a return visit upon my departure.
